SUMMARY:Gala Night - Major Fundraiser for Maroondah Rotary and Eastern Health
DESCRIPTION:Maroondah Rotary is proud to be hosting our third consecutive Gala Night\, fundraising specifically for local health care in our community with the amazing support from Eastland and Bendigo Bank Ringwood East and Croydon Branches. \nSATURDAY 21ST JUNE 2025\, KARRALYKA CENTRE\, MINES ROAD\, RINGWOOD EAST 6.30PM TIL 11.30PM TICKETS $140 EACH\nIf you can’t make it on the day\, you can still support these fantastic initiatives by purchasing a virtual seat at $25 each. Virtual ticket holders can also get a ticket in a raffle. You will enjoy\, dinner (a two-course meal)\, soft drinks and entertainment. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased at bar prices. (Please note BYO alcohol is not permitted at the event). \nEastern Health services including – Two very worthwhile causes are the focus for this year which are: \n A Biplane Angiography Suite at Box Hill Hospital. The Biplane machine can remove a clot formed by a stroke\, increasing the odds of a patient leaving hospital with no long-lasting side effects or detriment.\n For the paediatric unit\, there are 3D goggles for young children to use while treatment is\nadministered. For example\, when a drip is inserted for medical treatment and/or anaesthesia. \nDress Code: Smart Casual. Entertainment includes: Gary Eastwood and band\, Live and silent auctions\, Raffle and Speakers from\n Dr. Phillip Choi – Stroke Neurologist (Eastern Health\, Austin Health and Victorian Stroke. Telemedicine and Ambulance Victoria).
