5th September 2024
Calendar dates
Hi members and friends of the Rotary Club of Maroondah.
It has been a tough time for some members with some illnesses and family issues that has them having a small break from Rotary. We wish all a speedy recovery. It was nice to see a new face at our last meeting and possible new Rotarian. As all members we should all be on the lookout for likeminded people like us to become part of a sensational group. We had a great guest speaker who explained the benefits of a Vegan eating diet. My advice would be to seek medical advice to make sure it suits you and the benefits gained. Remember there isn't a silver bullet for how we live but balanced is always the common avenue.
- The Golf fund raiser is well on its way - Well done committee.
- The trailer raffle is also a long way down the planning cycle - great work
- Time for committees to get together and work their plans and report back to the club.
Well done to the new board and President for getting off to a great start.
